YC the Cynic Drops Fall FWD Mixtape

Bronx rapper YC the Cynic released his long-awaited Fall FWD mixtape last night at midnight, and the buzz is already palpable on the internet. The DXnext MC has created quite a stir since the top of 2011, building a loyal fanbase and booking a host of shows alongside underground rap heavyweights like Mac Miller, Big K.R.I.T, Freddie Gibbs, and Blu, among others. Much of the buzz has been in anticipation of the Fall FWD project, which is YC’s first project of mostly original material.

“Fall FWD is like my child”, YC says. “This is my debut of my music, and people are going to get a feeling of what I’m all about.”
